I want to describe a person very close to me. It is always fun and interesting to describe somebody that is very close to you and when you know the person well enough to describe them. I always wanted to write about my best friend,my best buddy,my role model. He is one of the most interesting person i have ever seen or met. He plays a very important part in my life. Or i can say my life is surrounded around him. His name is Rafat Hossain. Since the day i met him i knew there was really something special about him. And i was right about it.
He changed and influenced my life in many different ways. I love my parents the most and after that its him that i love the most. It's been 4 years since i know him. He is a wonderful person. An amazing friend. Very co-operative and ofcourse very helpful. Everybody who knows him always have to say something good about him or something that he did for them. He helps me in every way possible, he plays different roles in my life too. Sometimes he becomes my dad,and sometimes just a best friend.
He is very warm and humble. He is no doubt a brilliant student in queens college completing his second year. Even tho is two years older then me he sometimes acts younger then me. But he is very responsible and trustworthy. I can trust him with anything abd everything. He never let me down. He is mature when he needs to be. He is playful and funny when he needs to be. He has an awesome sense of time. He is very supportive of the people close to him including me. When it comes to me as he considers me as his best friend he gets protective of me sometimes. Sometimes he demands explanation for places that i go and people that i hang out with.
I am so greatfull to god for sending me the angel of my life. He has been through thick and thin with me. There were times when i needed somebody to be there and because he is my best friend and very sincere person he was with me there. I dont remember me having to face a problem and him not being there because that never happened. He is my true best friend forever. And i hope we stay like this forever.

Topic
i have been in this haunted place called mount Missouri and it was one of the most haunted place i have ever seen in my entire life. I never used to believe in ghosts and spooky stuff until i went there and discovered something beyond my wildest dreams. Some of my friends actually planned to go their and i was really excited because they never told me what i was going to see.
That was the first time ever i have been there and i guess that was the last time i would ever go there. It was really scary and i could not believe my own eyes. The history of this place is kind of disturbing as far as i know. four hospitals were burnt with people and patients inside it. And most of them were indians and they got tortured too. They were all burnt alive. My friends told me before going there that u could actually see those four hospitals and u might also see people. It was a horrible and scary experience i had. I am never ever going to forget about this experience. But to be honest that was one of the most exciting places i have ever been to and one of the most exciting trips i have been to with my friends. All of us were scared except the guy who was driving because he have been there before.

Causes of WW1
The first world war began in 1914. It was triggerd by the murder of Franz Ferdinand. but there are many other causes of war however the assasination was one of the main reasons the war was declared. Militarism, alliances, imperialism, and nationalism played major role in the conflict. The rise of military resources was a huge part. People started to go into a state of total war where the whole country used all their resources to make guns, tanks, etc.
Alliances: An alliance is a contract made between two or more countries to give each other help if its needed. When an alliance is signed those coutries are known as allies. There were too many alliances. Every country was in to protect another and the result of this was entangling Alliances.
Imperialism: imperialism is when a country takes over new lands or countries and makes them subject to their rules. By 1900 the british empire extended over five continents and France had control of large areas in Africa. All of the countries were competing for land in other countries as they were expanding their borders of their empires.
Nationalism: nationalism means being a strong supporter of the rights and interests of ones coutry. Large areas of both Austria-Hungary, and Serbia was home to differing nationalist groups all of whome wanted freedom the states inwhich they lived. Women started work. This was the tie between Militarism and Nationalism. Everyone was preparing for this war.

THE FRENCH REVOLUTION
The french revolution was a period of political and social change during which the french governmental structure totally changed. The change was based on enlightment principal of nationalism, citizenship and inalienable rights. the french revolution was not only a crucial moment considered in the context of western history, but was also perhaps the single most crucial in british intelectual, political and philosophical life in nineteenth century. During the revolution France was completely changed upside down and with its political change the revolution was perfect. It was completely a new sun rising for France and French revolution.During the course of revolution, france was temporarily transformed from an absolute monarchy to a republic of theoratically free and equal citizens. The influences of the revolution was widespread including the inside and outside of France. And it was indeed one of the most events in the history of Europe.
From the begining of 20th century the french revolution was most commonly described as the growing economic and social importance of the middle class people or bourgeoisi. But they overthrew the old regime because they thought that other classes like: clergy and the nobility were given most powers or priority. And those people were preventing bourgeoisi from accessing to economic and social classes. But it is now believed that The French Revolution started with crisis in its way and in the French state.

The ENLIGHTMENT
the enlightnment is basically the idea about how the goverment works. what are the rights and the issues. The equality of men and women. John locke influence on the enlightment and on the western thoughts encompassed government, philosophy, politics, religion and now what's called psychology. He gave sense experience a name of "emppiricism". In one of his books released in 1690 he said that " every branch of human knowledge--including religion--is based on experience and reflection." In the whole situation one thing that is talked about is that peopel have the right to abolish government but an dthere would be no dictator in the colonies. No laws can be changed. and john locke completely influenced the modern government.
We people always hand over all kind of power to government. But if teh government does something wrong than ordinary people should help fix problems too. And if we are giving the power we should also have the right to abolish it.if government is doing a bad job then its our right and responsibility to throw away rthe government and lauch a fresh government with future security.

COPERNICUS AND THE TRIAL OF GALILEO
Copernicus a scientist is said to be the founder of modern astronomy. Up to the time of Copernicus the thinkers of the western world believed in the Ptolemiac theory that the universe was a closed space bounded by a spherical envelope beyond which there. But Copernicus came up with modern idea and presented a new mathematical theory of hileocentric system.Copernicus was never in a hurry of publishing his theory though his world was circulated among few astronomers of that time. And they thought about it and gave him some attention.
And then came galileo and elaborated the idea of copernicus. And he also defended the idea.Galileo was an Italian scientist. His full name is Galileo Galilei. He discoverd that gravity pulled objects towards the earth.he explored the law of motion.Galileo believed that the earth rotated around the sun.
Galileo was put into a trial by catholic church only because he supported the beliefs of Copernicus. The only problem was that the catholics believed in gencentric astronomy ideas because it was proved by bible.Galileo was condemmed to life in prison because he didn't attend the trial.
